Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the last good came into the physical possession of the consumer or a person, other than the carrier, identified by the consumer to take possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we shall refund the purchase price of the cancelled goods to you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods are eligible for reimbursement if they are still in perfect condition, as good as new and fit for resale. Accordingly, you are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and operation. (Process technology devices and sensors, for example, must be free of media and any residues).

Items that have been individually configured, manufactured or cut to length for your purchase, as well as services of all kinds, are excluded from cancellation and exchange. For items in the security technology and software category, return is only possible in unopened condition.
