You order by 2 p.m. and we promise to dispatch the available items the same day!

(On working days except Saturdays, for available items, except for payment method prepayment and UK shipments over 1000 EUR or corresponding value in GBP.)


UK shipping information

As our warehouse is located in Germany, we have to import all goods into the UK.

We are taking care of import taxes and fees at the UK border. There will be no additional fees for you from the carrier.

All orders will be charged with 20% VAT at checkout. For orders below £135 (excluding VAT and shipping) this is sales VAT. For order above £135 (excluding VAT and shipping) this is import VAT.

If you are a B2B customer with a valid British tax ID and want to take advantage of the reverse charge mechanism for orders below £135, please contact us via +44 178 489 5006 or 00800 24 2011 24 (free).

Northern Ireland

Business customers from Northern Ireland with a valid VATID starting with XI are being charged 0% VAT. Unfortunately, VAT numbers must now be checked manually upon registration on our website. Therefore we might have to refund VAT that had been charged falsely on your first order.

All other customers from Northern Ireland will also be charged 19% VAT.

Delivery management

Are you always on the move? Do you need to change the delivery date, or should your parcel be delivered to another location?

No problem, with UPS MyChoice you can easily manage your deliveries yourself. Whether changes to the delivery location, the delivery time, or through proactive delivery notifications (via SMS, e-mail or phone call). You always remain up to date and know when your parcels arrive. This of course applies to all your UPS shipments, not just those with Automation24. (After the first login, UPS will have your address data verified by you to prevent misuse. After this is complete, UPS MyChoice will be available to you.)

UK shipments over 1000 EUR or corresponding value in GBP

Please note that shipments with an order value over 1000 EUR or corresponding value in GBP to destinations outside the EU are not shipped on the day they are processed.

Due to customs reasons such orders have to remain in our warehouse for an average of another 24-48 hours.

This does not apply to shipments to the UK with an order value of less than 1000 EUR or corresponding value in GBP.

Shipping to other countries outside the European Union

Please note that the shipping costs in the online shop for deliveries to countries outside the EU (except UK), are probably too high. For deliveries to other non-EU countries please contact us directly.

Due to the varying transport and handling costs, we do not process those shipments as standard through our web shop. Simply reach us via chat, email at info@automation24.co.uk or phone at +44 178 489 5006. We will provide an easy and reasonably priced solution for you.
